Testing for the TX7 has officially begun. There is a new part for platinum members only to test under the engine internals. It is the port and polish.

I cannot make promises about how low we will make the autofoul when tuning, but I am suggesting to Kris to put autofoul to what the cla** should run at least.

I was just wondering what kind of luck everyone's having with the tuning.I had my Tx7 hitting 7.69's the first day but now seems to be stuck at 7.70.I did not have it tuned before so have nothing to compare too.

Edited: 9/6/2012 8:56:12 PM by TRSbladerThey are there in case we needed minor adjustments to them. Played it safe rather than being sorry and causing an uproar if we do need to change something. By the way, the ultimo has the port and polish in the parts store now. Just to repeat.....TX7 testing is over and safe to enter races with again.

The Chesny is now under testing. We made a very minor change that will hopefully make it nicer for everyone. My E/T was off, and it turns out we would have needed to slow it down, forcing EVERYONE to retune, whether you race h2h or bracket. Instead of doing this to everyone, I went ahead and bumped Chesny to the next cla** with the 80 Stallion and Horizon at 7.5 flat. This will add the port and polish part under engine internals and only require a retune for those wanting to race the Chesny h2h, leaving the bracket people alone. Testing for the Ultimo is over so it's safe to enter races with them again.

Everyone has worked hard on all the cars, and there was a thread a month or two ago to debate changing this, and more were in favor of changing then weren't. We can't just change the ones people want to change and leave the rest alone because that completely defeats the point.
